How do I order?
Pick products in the shop and send your order with your name, phone and preferred date. We confirm the details with you.
Can I order a custom cake?
Yes. Use the custom cake form to give flavour, size, design, writing, budget and date. You can add a reference photo.
Is my order confirmed straight away?
No. Your order is a request until we contact you to confirm availability, price and timing.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Send us a message through the contact page as early as you can.
Delivery & pickup
You can ask for delivery or pickup when you order. We confirm the delivery area, charge and time with you before your order is final.
Terms
- Orders are requests until confirmed by the bakery.
- Prices and availability can change; we confirm them when we reply.
- Custom cakes are made to your brief, so please give the details and date as early as you can.
